RunMax
An AI-powered running planner that turns a runner's messy weekly log into a structured Monday-Sunday training board.

Overview
RunMax turns one runner's week of running — captured as an optional, messy log — into a structured Monday-to-Sunday plan shown as a mobile-first Board. Home is the Board, not chat: seven Session cards that balance quality running, easy days, and rest.
The system is built around two AI agents with strictly separated responsibilities. Weeksmith is the only agent allowed to draft, check, and save a Week, while ConsultSmith interviews the runner, writes the Log, and hands off. Product rules are enforced fail-closed in a shared domain package, so an illegal Week can never persist.
Built as a pnpm monorepo with a Vite and React frontend, a Hono API, and PostgreSQL persistence, the project pairs agentic workflows with an offline golden-fixture eval suite and Langfuse tracing for full observability.
